Our first aid training for secondary schools is designed to meet the requirements of the national curriculum’s PSHE strand on first aid. 

Students engage in interactive, practical sessions led by experienced instructors, ensuring learning is both enjoyable and memorable.

Through a variety of hands-on activities, students gain essential lifesaving skills in a supportive environment. All equipment is provided, and participants receive a certificate upon completion of the course. Courses available include:
Restart a Heart
Enrichment day
The sessions are attended on a rotational basis in line with the school timetable and lessons. Each session is capable of allowing up to 50 - 60 students to attend and practice the relevant skills of performing CPR and using defibrillators. 

Give your students the confidence and skills to save a life with our Restart a Heart Enrichment Day. Tailored specifically for secondary schools across the UK, this engaging programme provides hands-on training in CPR and life-saving techniques under the guidance of qualified instructors. 

Throughout the day, students will learn how to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, practise chest compressions on training manikins, and understand the importance and safe use of defibrillators. The session not only equips young people with essential emergency response skills but also fosters teamwork, responsibility, and a culture of care within the school community.

First Aid Qualifications 
Years 10, 11 & 6th form 
Empower students in Years 10, 11, and Sixth Form with essential life-saving skills. This specialised programme is ideal for those interested in health and social care, sports, or anyone eager to gain practical first aid knowledge. 

Our course lasts between 3 and 6 hours. During the session, students will engage in hands-on learning, mastering all the essential techniques needed to confidently respond to a variety of first aid situations. 

This is a recognised qualification which can be added to CV’s or university applications, and can also help support certain units or GCSE, BTEC, CNAT or other subject coursework.
Bleed Management
Year 9 and above 
This engaging, hands-on, 90 minute session is designed to equip students in Year 9 and above with the essential skills needed to manage life-threatening bleeding emergencies. 

Students will gain practical experience in a supportive and interactive environment, making learning both exciting and informative. 

The course can also be seamlessly integrated with school initiatives or broader local and national campaigns addressing issues such as knife crime and gang culture. 
Mental Health Awareness
For Students
This course is thoughtfully designed to help students understand what mental health truly means and how to manage their own well-being. 

Students will participate in a variety of engaging activities aimed at encouraging reflection on their current mental health. They will also discover how simple, everyday changes can make a significant difference in preventing future mental health challenges, including self-harm, eating disorders, and suicide. 

By fostering awareness and equipping students with practical tools, this course empowers young people to take charge of their mental health and build a healthier, more resilient future.
